The Entengo extra is a combination of herbal remedies that have been used across the African continent to treat impotence and enhance male libido. They include; kicuaba, mulondo, maido, entengo and mulindwa. All the aforementioned are distributed across Uganda, Sudan and South Sudan. These herbs are mixed together in making the entengo extra. The mixture is made in Uganda and is sold in many parts of the country and has been used by adolescent boys for penis enlargement for a long time.
Uses
The Entengo Extra mixture is an aphrodisiac that works to improve potency of a man as well as the male libido thanks to the many ingredients present in it;
Erectile Dysfunction-Entengo stimulates the secretion of Nitric Oxide which then mediates the relaxation of the corpus cavernosum tissue and is also a mediator of vasodilation of the erectile tissue in the penis. Both of these are required to initiate and maintain an erection. Once the carvenosal muscles are relaxed and the pressure within the tissue falls, they are filled with blood causing a full erection.
Penis enlargement
The entengo extra herbal mixture induces tears in the cells of the penis which is followed by repair of the said cells. Given that it is a penile vasodilator, it increases blood flow into the penis (bringing nutrients into the penis). These help in regeneration and growth of cells resulting in an increase in size of the penis.
Libido enhancer
Entengo extra improves the secretion of testosterone into the blood. Higher levels of testosterone (male sex hormones) increases the sexual urge and desire. This contributes to preparing the man for sexual intercourse.
